1： Basic precautions for operating a high-pressure cleaning machine

1. Operators must not violate the requirements and regulations listed in the user manual.

2. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment beyond its performance limit.

3. Any protective facilities on the machine cannot be removed or modified without authorization.

4. Operators must strictly abide by labor discipline, not leave their posts without permission, and must not engage in any other work unrelated to their work while the equipment is in operation. It is necessary to ensure that the machine is turned while the person is running, and the machine stops when the person is away. Non operators are not allowed to tamper with any buttons or devices of the machine tool.

5. Before starting work, the operator should wear various personal protective equipment to ensure work safety.

6. It is strictly prohibited to move or damage the warning signs and nameplates installed on the equipment.

2： Requirements for various tasks of high-pressure cleaning machine:

（1） Preparation before work

1. Check and install the accessories of the high-pressure cleaning machine, and tighten all joints.

2. Check and confirm that the main switch of the high-pressure cleaning machine control panel is switched to the "stop" position.

3. Check the main power supply wiring and ensure it is correctly connected.

4. Reduce the connection of the water inlet pipeline to ensure smooth water flow.

5. Check and open the inlet valve to ensure there is no leakage.

（2） Precautions during the work process

1. When using a high-pressure cleaning machine, it is necessary to tightly grip the high-pressure cleaning gun with both hands to prevent uncertain situations such as the cleaning gun slipping off or losing control due to the high-pressure recoil force during the operation and flushing of the cleaning gun.

2. It is strictly prohibited to use high-pressure cleaning machines for washing clothes, shoes, transportation vehicles, and other operations unrelated to the job content.

3.  It is strictly prohibited to point the cleaning gun at harmful substances to avoid splashing harmful substances and injuring people.

4. When the high-pressure cleaning machine is stopped, the main switch on the control panel must be switched to the "stop" position and the main power supply must be disconnected.

5. When using a high-pressure cleaning machine, it is necessary to ensure that the ground is dry and flat to prevent incorrect movement, tipping over of the high-pressure cleaning machine, and electric leakage causing injury. At the same time, it is important to ensure that the rotating wheel brake is braked.

6. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to approach the cleaning gun for handling when there is no water spraying from the machine.

7. It is strictly prohibited to use the protective locking knob on the cleaning gun to lock the cleaning gun in the open position during cleaning.

8. It is strictly prohibited to point the cleaning gun at people, animals, electrical equipment, fine machinery, and high-pressure cleaning machine bodies.

9. It is strictly prohibited to move the high-pressure cleaning machine while it is in operation. When moving the high-pressure cleaning machine, it must be done after the main power is cut off or the main switch on the control panel is switched to the "stop" position.

10. The high-pressure cleaning machine is strictly prohibited from being used by people to avoid the equipment being in an unmanned monitoring state.

11. The cleaning and maintenance work of the high-pressure cleaning machine must be carried out after the high-pressure cleaning machine has completely cooled down and the main power supply has been disconnected.

12. When setting or adjusting the pressure of the high-pressure cleaning machine, it is necessary to slowly and gradually proceed after releasing the cleaning gun lock.

（3） Precautions after completion of work

1. Clean the site and fill out equipment usage records.

2. After work is completed, before leaving the machine, the main power cord should be coiled up and put away.

3. Roll up the high-pressure cleaning tube, put it away, and avoid bending.

4. Close the water inlet and remove the water inlet pipeline.

5. Clean the spray gun and press the machine to empty the remaining water.

6. Store the high-pressure cleaning machine in a clean and dry place, and ensure that the high-pressure cleaning tube and main power cord are not damaged.
